We Sell Pumps provides information about industrial pumps and spare parts from leading manufacturers. Our website serves as an informational platform where visitors can:

• Browse our range of pumps and spare parts
• Request quotes and product information
• Contact us for technical support and enquiries

No products are sold directly through this website. All sales are subject to a separate quotation and agreement between We Sell Pumps and the customer.

All quotations provided by We Sell Pumps are without obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise. A quotation does not constitute a binding offer.

An agreement between We Sell Pumps and the customer is only established after we have confirmed an order in writing (including by email). Any deviations from these Terms & Conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Prices in quotations are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times communicated by We Sell Pumps are indicative and not binding. Late delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Risk of the goods passes to the customer at the moment of delivery. Shipping is arranged in consultation with the customer and shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless agreed otherwise.

Payment terms will be specified in each individual quotation or order confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

If payment is not received within the agreed term, the customer is in default by operation of law. We Sell Pumps is entitled to charge statutory commercial interest (as per Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code) from the date of default.

Products supplied by We Sell Pumps carry the manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty claims should be directed to us, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Returns are only accepted after prior written agreement. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Costs for return shipment are at the customer's expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We Sell Pumps is only liable for direct damages that are the direct and demonstrable result of a shortcoming attributable to us. Our liability is at all times limited to the amount paid out by our liability insurance in the relevant case, or — if no insurance payment is made — to the invoice value of the products or services to which the liability relates.

We are never liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to consequential damages, lost profits, lost savings, or damages due to business interruption.

Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the resulting international sanctions, we are unable to provide quotations, sell, or deliver products to:

• Entities or individuals located in, or operating on behalf of, the Russian Federation, Belarus, or any other country or territory subject to EU or Dutch sanctions
• Any person or organisation listed on EU, UN, or other applicable sanctions lists
• Any party where there is reason to believe the products will be re-exported, re-sold, or otherwise transferred to a sanctioned country, entity, or individual

By requesting a quotation or placing an order with us, you confirm that:

• You are not located in, nor acting on behalf of any entity in, a sanctioned country or territory
• You are not listed on any applicable sanctions list
• You will not re-export, re-sell, or transfer the products to any sanctioned country, entity, or individual

We Sell Pumps reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, quotation, or business relationship if we have reason to believe that it may result in a violation of applicable sanctions or export control regulations. We may request additional information regarding the end-use and end-user of our products before processing any order.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of this website shall be submitted to the competent court in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
